Terms of Use for in-person or online events and retreats  for Kelly Herrick Art Ltd. 

  1. Payment Policy

    Once you have paid for your event ticket a confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you. If you have paid a deposit only, the full payment must be received by the date specified at time of booking. 

    Full payment must be made by the date and in the method specified or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

    Event Cancellations

    It is your responsibility to read and understand my cancellation policy before making a reservation.

    Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their event, but unexpected things do happen. In the first instance please speak to me direct and we can discuss your situation. 

    DEFINITIONS

    “Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Kelly Herrick Art Ltd event including postponing or rescheduling.

    “You” refers to the guest booking a Kelly Herrick Art Ltd event.

    “We” refers to Kelly Herrick Art Ltd.

    Guest Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel your trip, Kelly Herrick Art Ltd does not offer refunds for any reason, I will do my utmost to ensure you are fully onboard with the event before you book. However, If the event is full and your place can be re-sold then I will refund you the monies once the new payment is received. 

    You accept that I would need your help trying to find someone to fill your place. 

    Or you can provide a person to fill your place and I will amend the reservation accordingly.

    I do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. 

    Kelly Herrick Art Ltd Event Cancellation Policy

    While I have never cancelled an event to date, if I must cancel a booked event date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or event, or you may request a refund of your payment to me, constituting a full settlement.

    Kelly Herrick Art Ltd is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled event, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

    By booking, emailing, messaging or otherwise putting your request for an event place in writing to me you accept these terms & conditions.

    These terms are written under UK law.

A note on safety: I will always have your safety at heart and will make any outdoor events as safe and accessible as possible. By booking your place you take full responsibility for your personal safety and protection of all your belongings at any of my events.

Book your ticket with our 3-part payment plan now to join us for summer solstice weekend in the glorious peak District:

  • 3 nights camping accommodation
  • Fun and accessible art tuition to loosen you up and connect you to nature
  • All your art materials are included
  • Friday night campfire dinner, Saturday night pub and pint night, Sat/Sun breakfast & lunch and snack and hot drinks. 

This is a payment plan ticket to The Big Creative Camp Out. It is for a single person in a tent or camper van. The 2nd and 3rd equal payments of £166 will be sent monthly after your purchase. 

It includes; 3 night's camping pitch, all art tuition and art materials, meals (Fri dinner, Sat/Sun breakfast and lunch, hot drinks and snacks, Sat pub and pint night), all additional activities as scheduled.
