Reimagine and recreate your menopause through the power of art!
Rebloom School Live is for perimenopausal and menopausal women who want a different way to navigate their symptoms, express their voice and imagine a new midlife.
This time it's live and in-person. Hosted at Creative Connections in Alfreton Derbyshire, this is a 7 week course starting on 1st April. We will be using soulful art and wellbeing technqiues to explore our menopause expercine togtehr in supportive comnuity.Â

Enjoy an arty afternoon painting pets, with cake and fizz. The Apple Tree along with Heart & Soul events are running this event and I'll be there as the host artist. Join in the fun - no experience needed!

I've created this workshop to hold space for your artistic expression, give you some you time and create community, and I've done it at Fusion because I just love it here and want to support my local community.Â
My goal is to help you uncover the sheer delight of connecting with nature and expressing your creativity through painting. I understand that fears and barriers may exist, but fear not my friends, I'm here to provide gentle guidance and support to help you every step of the way.
